Shipping Policies: We ship anywhere in Canada and the U.S. via Canada Post Expedited Parcel service. All orders will receive Order Confirmation Notices, by email. We also give approximate shipping dates. Orders are processed and prepared for shipping in a timely fashion; usually shipment takes place 2-3 business days after receipt of paid orders. At certain times we do experience very high order volumes and orders can be delayed. We notify each customer in this event. Tracking numbers are provided at time of shipment.
International (Overseas) orders are welcome! We have clients in Australia and the UK.
All International overseas orders must be sent by email, as additional postal charges will apply. Please contact us at info@dogcookiesbyiris.com prior to ordering through Paypal so that we can give you an estimation of shipping charges.
